One bin of our 2009 Alicante Bouschet was picked at over 28% sugar, and that gave us the opportunity to make an exquisite port-style wine from our new favorite grape. It is as rich and luscious as any port we have ever made, with the mouthfeel of chocolate frosting. Only 47 cases made! |
